Our family of four had such a wonderful time here. The room was beautiful. The service was probably the most friendly and exceptional that we have ever had. Breakfast was cooked individually for each of us. We were also able to eat dinner there and she prepared a dinner to our request and of course it too was exceptional. There is not one downside to this establishment. I can completely recommend this hotel without reservation.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in this city. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location in the fabulous Bo Kaap neighborhood was great, with easy access to local eating places and a short drive over the mountains to V & A Waterfront.
It was all superb.

I loved the combination of modern convenience and historic charm of the hotel as well as the welcoming friendliness of the staff.
The street facing entrance of the hotel could be more welcoming.

(1) The beautifully furnished rooms; use of antiques at their very best, complimenting the history and beauty of the house itself, yet with very modern and well equipped bathrooms. (2) The personal and friendly service from all staff was the warmest we have ever encountered and we felt very welcome indeed. (3) The location that is central for all CT attractions, yet in a historic and safe area.

The rooms were nicely decorated with a vintage theme, adding to the cozy ambiance of the hotel. The staff was courteous and gave us great suggestions and made reservations for breakfast. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from a bustling street filled with restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in our room.
Our xmas stay at the hotel was quite noisy as our room was situated near a busy road and a mosque. The traffic noise was unbearable, and the honking of the vehicles felt like it was in our room.

I have traveled to around 100 countries and found the Dutch Manor Antique Hotel with it's family run atmosphere and it's beautiful South African antique furniture to be one of the best inns in the world. The staff treated me like family and went out of their way to make my stay in Cape Town memorable. The owners, Eric and Elizabeth, are amazing people. I give this in 5 stars. Don't miss it even to just take a look at the antique furniture.

The Staff are absolutely wonderful! The hotel has so much character; each piece of furniture has a story behind it. Very close to all attractions, but a car is suggested. Try Haas coffee shop close by! Definitely would return!
We loved every thing about Dutch manor. The only thin I would say is that there are often homeless folks lingering in front of the hotel. To be fair though, that seemed to be common at many hotels. The security guard is always on duty at night, and the hotel is gated.

Located in a beautiful neighbourhood close to many central sites, this hotel offers a comfortable stay with excellent service. the rooms are stylishly decorated with antique furnishings and the bathrooms are clean. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and have access to helpful staff who can offer tips on things to do in the area. the communal breakfast table provides a great opportunity to meet fellow guests.
One of the beds in the hotel may be too short for individuals over 1.75m.

The staff & manager were very helpful & friendly. The decor & comfort was wonderful, & the food was too die for. Plus the hotel was in a good location, being in the centre of town. I would gladly take the eleven hour flight from London to cape Town. Just to stay at the Dutch Manor Hotel.

Personalised service. Friendly welcoming owners/staff. Room decor and the 4-poster beds (slept very soundly), drinking on the balcony, access to good restaurants (but good meals in hotel if you pre book)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. The location, right in the downtown of the financial district, was absolutely perfect. I could easily access the city's attractions and government buildings. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved having a balcony and a sitting area where I could relax and enjoy the views. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus, and the hotel even provided free toiletries.
Families will definitely enjoy their stay at this venue.
